     “林德为我们提供了非常可靠的搬运设备。”这是来自利丰供应链仓库高级经理蒋敏俊先生评价。

 利丰供应链自2005年与林德（中国）展开合作后，目前共有300台林德叉车运行在全国各大物流仓内，主要用于室内挑拣、仓储内货物搬运及集装箱装卸等。

“我们现在使用的林德车型有电动平衡重叉车E16C、电动前移式叉车R14S、手动托盘车M20、电动拣选车等等，在操控体验和质量上都获得了叉车师傅们的高度好评。比如林德电动平衡重叉车E16C作业效率高，配置多种安全设置如座椅安全开关、智能控制器实时故障监测、稳定的制动系统等，安全性能极高；操作视野极佳、作业噪音低，易于操作者分辨周围信号，非常适合在室内及工作人员众多的环境中作业。”蒋经理介绍。

除此之外，服装行业仓库对于作业叉车的环保性能也有很高的要求，林德电动平衡叉车不会产生任何废气污染，能够确保绿色的作业环境。

利丰供应链UA项目仓储占地面积超过40000平方米，高度达9米。整齐的钢结构立体货架上，码放着各式各样的数百个品种和型号的品牌及面料。林德（中国）根据利丰供应链的规模和需求，提供了电动拣选V车、电动托盘搬运车T20SP、电动前移式叉车R14S、手动托盘车M20组合的解决方案，帮助利丰供应链实现高位作业，有效减少仓储用地，节约用地成本。

     另外，林德（中国）也为利丰供应链设计了充电房，解决了利丰车多充电空间少等问题，尤其是面对服装季节性需求的高峰时期，保证仓库的正常作业。

     定期定点维护保养

     利丰在全国拥有40多个先进、交通便利的分拨中心，覆盖767个城市，一些特殊的车型还需要特殊服务。而林德(中国)销售网络覆盖全国153个销售服务点，全国各分公司也拥有常用配件安全库存，林德叉车专业工程师会定期上门，对利丰供应链的叉车司机进行叉车使用培训及辅导，帮助他们熟练掌握叉车技能。

对于叉车的日常保养，林德（中国）上海分公司项目负责人王浩介绍道：“我们会定期开展保养维护，包括叉车表面清洗、充电等等，一旦有突发状况，我们会及时联系工程师进行维修及更新。”

LF Logistics (China) Co., Ltd. is under Li&Fung Ltd. Li & Fung started cooperation with Linde (China) in 2005, and a total of 300 Linde forklifts are currently operating in logistics warehouses across the country, which major in indoor picking, cargo handling and container handling.

Customized warehousing solutions

The Li & Fung’s UA project covers an area of over 40,000 square meters and a height of 9 meters. On the neat steel structure of the three-dimensional shelves, there are a variety of brands and fabrics.

In addition, Linde (China) also designed a charging room for Li & Fung , which solved the problem of less charging space, especially in the peak period of seasonal demand for clothing, to ensure the normal operation of the warehouse.

Regular maintenance

Linde(China) professional engineers will come to the Li & Fung regularly to train and coach forklift truck drivers ,and help them master the skills of forklifts. For the daily maintenance of the forklift, Wang Hao, the project leader of Linde (China) Shanghai Branch, said: "We will carry out regular maintenance, including forklift surface cleaning, charging, etc. Once there is an emergency, we will contact our engineer as soon as possible."
